MIND-IHOP Study: Mulago Inpatient Non-invasive Diagnosis of Pneumonia (MIND)-International HIV-associated Opportunistic Pneumonias (IHOP) Study

The MIND-IHOP study evaluates the epidemiology, diagnosis, and outcomes of HIV-associated pulmonary infections, primarily tuberculosis (TB) and Pneumocystis pneumonia (PCP). In 2009, the study expanded to include studies of the lung microbiome in HIV-infected persons.
